Kendriya Vidyalaya Bandel Railway Colony has started working in 2017 for Classes I to V in a temporary building. Soon it will be shifted to a new building near Bandel Station.

The building of Vidyalaya is situated near Bandel Railway Station, is about half KM from Bandel Station. Now it is running with one section upto Class X. Kendriya Vidyalaya Bandel Railway Colony governed by KVS. a premier organization in India in the field of education.
The genesis of this esteemed institution traces back to the visionaries who recognized the need for quality education for the children of Railways employees. In the early years, there was a pressing need to provide an educational platform that not only nurtured academic brilliance but also instilled values of discipline, integrity, and patriotism.
With this noble intent, Kendriya Vidyalaya Bandel Railway Colony, was established in the Year 2017. It was not merely a school but a beacon of hope, a bastion of knowledge, and a sanctuary for learning.
